But many are extremely costly and - as was recently highlighted in complaints about by eHarmony - some of their claims are not quite credible. Telegraph Money has previously called on dating services to be publish statistics about their users to enable customers to understand how likely they will get a match based on their requirements. The widespread suspicion is that many sites have more women on their books than men.
